Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid / Field-Based)
💰 Compensation: $100k - $120k OTE 1st Year (Base + Uncapped Monthly Commission)

We are actively hiring a high-performing Business Development Manager to spearhead B2B sales expansion across law firms, corporations, and government agencies in the Greater Boston area.

If you are an experienced Outside Sales professional with a background selling to attorneys or legal teams, this is your next career step
Quick Role Snapshot:
What you’ll do: Drive new B2B sales revenue by selling specialized legal support services.
The Environment: Consultative, relationship-driven sales (not transactional).
The Schedule: Hybrid/Remote freedom blended with daily local field activity and client networking.

What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of B2B sales experience (Outside Sales / Field Sales strongly preferred).
Experience selling directly into the legal industry or working with an existing attorney network.
Proven track record of pipeline management, contract negotiation, and meeting sales KPIs.
Bachelor’s degree required.
