Gunnison Copper is pleased to welcome Jen Hays as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 12, 2026.

Jennifer brings approximately 20 years of finance leadership experience, including 17 years with Intel Corporation and, most recently, as CFO of U.S. defense and space company PacSci EMC. She also brings direct experience securing U.S. government-supported investment, including a US$27 million Defense Industrial Base Consortium award to expand production capacity.

Her experience across the U.S. defense industrial base, government contracting, manufacturing and capital allocation is strongly aligned with Gunnison’s strategy to become a significant domestic supplier of copper for America’s defense, energy and manufacturing supply chains.

We were honored to meet with Arizona Governor Katie Hobbs and thank her for her leadership and support for job creation, economic development and responsible mining in Arizona.

With the support of the Governor’s administration and the Arizona Commerce Authority, Gunnison Copper has been approved for US$2 million in refundable Arizona tax credits associated with job creation at Johnson Camp.

We created 81 qualifying jobs in 2025 and expect to create an additional 19 jobs in 2026—supporting families in Cochise County while strengthening Arizona’s role in Pure American Copper production.

We are proud to invest in Arizona and grateful for the State’s partnership as we continue growing our operations.

BREAKING NEWS: Gunnison Copper has submitted its Mined Land Reclamation Plan Permit Amendment, outlining a clear path to a fully permitted Gunnison Project by mid-2028.

MLRP approval is expected by year-end 2026, with all permit approvals needed to enable a Final Investment Decision targeted by mid-2028.
