Nicole sees teens (13+), adults, and couples, and her work is centered in the relationships between us and within us.
Nicole has spent 30+ years in education as a special ed teacher and school psychologist. She has the unique experience of conducting ADHD and autism assessments and supporting families in navigating complex school systems and advocating for their needs.
She’s trauma-specialized, attachment-based, and somatic in her approach (also a certified yoga teacher 🧘‍♀️), and works with anxiety, sleep struggles, parenting challenges, and couples wanting to reconnect using Emotionally Focuses Couples Therapy.
