Award-winning Chef Devan Cunningham puts his spin on a classic with our house made ceviche - poached white fish and shrimp tossed with salsa negra, cucumber, radish, onion, Serrano, and finished with micro cilantro. Served chilled with crisp tortilla chips for the perfect balance of citrus, spice, and crunch.

Some say it couldn’t be done, so naturally…..we put it on the menu!
We took the labor of a Ramos Gin Fizz, the bright herbal soul of a Piña Verde, and swapped the soda for a pony of Miller High Life. The result- silky, effervescent, and unexpectedly perfect.
Impossible? Maybe. Delicious? Absolutely.
