People say that collaboration is key, but what does it really mean in construction?
At times, general contractors can be seen as overbearing. B&D Industries, Inc. sees working with us as more of a collaboration than a report. At RMCI, our success comes from working effectively with the subcontractors we bring onto a project. As the general contractor, we understand the importance of bringing teams together, promoting communication, effectiveness, and collaboration on a construction project.

We all have that one thing we can’t clock in without 👌🏼
The calm before the storm of a big project.
Let's see who knows their heavy machinery. What do you call this one?
The dirt is moving in West Texas, and the progress is becoming more visible by the day. There’s exciting growth that we’re grateful to lead, and we’re proud of our strong team.
Being fashionable isn't only for the red carpet.
Construction brings a variety of backgrounds, and apparently, swag too. Makes us think, what's the weirdest thing you've seen someone wear on a jobsite?

Potential can be seen by others before confidence settles in yourself. For Pam, our leaders give her their full support for our biggest project to date.
"Capability is built through exposure. Confidence follows experience - not the other way around."
Pam Alvarado, Project Manager, credits a few key beliefs with helping her find her place in construction. Working on a variety of projects provided Pam with experience in wet-weather capacity planning, construction sequencing, contract and quality requirements, and the learning curve of being a construction professional. Navigating each of these challenges wasn't easy, but it provided perspective for Pam to grow into the role she is in today.
Pam's willingness to stay uncomfortable is what kept her moving forward. Read what Pam and others had to say through WaterWorld Magazine's articles discussing advice for women in construction.
