The Sheffield was MAAP Development's very first project. Partnering with Clearwater Capital, we transformed this Arcadia apartment community with updated kitchens, modern finishes, new plumbing and electrical systems, and outdoor amenities residents can enjoy.

Where It All Began.

Every great company has a starting point. For MAAP Development, that project was The Sheffield.

Located in Phoenix's Arcadia neighborhood, this 14-unit apartment community became our very first multifamily renovation project in 2019. Partnering with Clearwater Capital, our goal was to create a better living experience for residents while increasing the property's long-term value.

Over eight months, every part of the property was improved. Apartment interiors received modern upgrades including quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring, black stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplashes, and in-unit washers and dryers. Behind the walls, aging plumbing and electrical systems were replaced to improve safety and reliability. Outdoor spaces were also transformed with new pavers, turf, furniture, and pet-friendly amenities.

A Complete Wellness Transformation.

This space was built to help people relax, recharge, and feel their best.

MAAP Development transformed a vacant retail suite in Chandler, Arizona into a unique wellness destination. In just three months, the space was completely rebuilt and redesigned to create a calming environment focused on health and wellness.

At the center of the project is a 350-square-foot Himalayan salt room, believed to be the largest of its kind in Arizona. LED-lit salt walls create a warm and relaxing atmosphere, turning an ordinary room into a one-of-a-kind experience. Combined with custom finishes and thoughtful design throughout, the result is a space that feels welcoming, peaceful, and unforgettable.

Lakeside Reimagined.

Some projects don't need more space. They need a complete transformation.

MAAP Development took an aging boat dock on a private Scottsdale lake and rebuilt it from the ground up, creating a beautiful outdoor space designed for relaxation, durability, and everyday enjoyment.
The new 200-square-foot dock was designed to maximize comfort and functionality while maintaining the original footprint. Premium Trex decking was installed to provide long-lasting durability, low maintenance, and protection against the Arizona sun. Custom built-in seating transformed the dock into a welcoming space for relaxing, gathering, and enjoying the lake views.

The footprint stayed the same, but everything else changed. What was once a weathered dock is now a private waterfront retreat designed to be enjoyed for years to come.

After: A one-of-a-kind sports bar built for game days and great experiences.

MAAP Development transformed this space into Tom's Watch Bar, featuring a full commercial kitchen, 80+ TVs, a massive jumbotron, custom lighting, a misting system, and all new furniture throughout.

The project was completed on time for Arizona Diamondbacks Opening Day. The client was so happy with the result that they brought MAAP Development back for additional renovations and upgrades.

From an empty space to game day ready in just 10 weeks.

When Tom's Watch Bar needed their new Downtown Phoenix location finished before the Arizona Diamondbacks' Opening Day, MAAP Development got to work.

This 8,000-square-foot restaurant was completely transformed from the studs up. Our team installed a full commercial kitchen, more than 80 TVs, custom patio misting systems, new lighting, furniture, and a massive jumbotron that becomes the center of the action.

Inside, you'll find high 10-foot ceilings, a large open kitchen, a stunning quartz island, premium appliances, and a hidden pantry. Huge sliding glass doors open up to the patio and pool, creating the perfect space for relaxing and entertaining.
The project also included new bathrooms, a steam shower, a private office, a bonus room, upgraded insulation, and a dedicated HVAC system for added comfort.

This wasn't just a remodel—it was a complete transformation from the ground up.
