Protect the Vote in Apache County: Help Us Fund Poll Observers for the General Election 09/04/2026

In a past Apache County election, over 3,000 provisional ballots went uncounted. That's why our poll observer program exists: 20 trained observers covered 20 of the 35 vote centers this Primary, watching for problems and making sure they get documented and addressed in real time.

Now we're building that same coverage for the General Election. Read the story, share it, and help us keep trained eyes on the process from the vote center to the counting room. 🗳️

Protect the Vote in Apache County: Help Us Fund Poll Observers for the General Election We’re raising $10,000 to help offset the cost of our Primary Election poll observer program — and to build the resources we need to provide trained, funded observers at all 35 Apache County vote…

Something isn’t adding up in Apache County, Arizona, and we need your help 03/27/2026

**Attention Apache County voters**

The following article highlights a drop in Democratic voters in Apache County and raises questions about the high number of voter registration forms being submitted.

Before you fill out a new voter registration form, **please check your status first**:

my.arizona.vote

Take a minute to confirm:
✔️ Your name
✔️ Physical address
✔️ Mailing address
✔️ Party affiliation
✔️ Vote-by-mail (early ballot) status

If all of this information is correct, **you do NOT need to re-register.**

Staying informed and double-checking your registration helps protect your vote and keeps our voter rolls accurate.

Today in Window Rock, we had a strong day of connection. We recruited new Precinct Committee members, had some really thoughtful conversations, and saw great engagement from folks who are ready to step up and get involved. People asked important questions, shared their perspectives, and showed real interest in building stronger communities through civic action.

Even more encouraging some of our new volunteers are already planning to show up in their own communities this Saturday for a National No Kings Day Protest. That kind of energy and commitment is exactly what this work is about. We’re building momentum, and it’s only growing. If you’ve been thinking about getting involved, now is the time.

This weekend, Apache County Democrats, in partnership with Arizona Native Democrats, hosted a successful Precinct Committee (PC) Recruitment Cookout at Wheatfield Lake.

We spent the day sharing meaningful conversations and important voter and election information. We had the opportunity to recruit new precinct committee persons, connect with volunteers ready to get involved, and meet inspiring community activists, advocates, and leaders who are excited to engage more deeply with our county party.

What stood out most were the one-on-one conversations. People showed up with thoughtful questions, a desire to learn, and a genuine interest in making a difference. It was powerful to meet folks where they are and to hear directly from community members about what matters to them.

We’re grateful for everyone who came out, spent time with us, and helped make this event so meaningful.
