Thank you all for helping us end our Cheese and comedy series with a full house! It’s not the forever end! We are taking a summer break to regroup and plan our Fall line ups. But thanks to Spencer Domolky Saad Sarwana Cierra Renee Miranda and Jackie Tinsley for being on our “stage” and Raj Sivaraman for organizing and hosting. Also, thanks to _bisetti_ Silas and Keren Kurti Alexander for taking photos because I still forgot!!!

New “recipe” and new obsession unlocked. Why did it take me so long to do something as easy as this? Sheep cheese, mandarins and pistachios with a special sauce (dressing).

This Cheese Life. I’m working on a newsletter for next week based on a recent conversation I had in the shop. I shared how I talk to people all day long and sometimes I have to go home and not talk to anyone for hours. He mentioned (not negatively, just observationally) that my conversations in the shop are transactional. To which I wholeheartedly disagree. I have had some of the most meaningful and deep conversations at the cheese counter. I’m so grateful for every single person who shares a story or experience with me. I’m writing more in the newsletter, but I just wanted to share here — I have worked a lot of different jobs in my life, but this one here takes the wheel…of cheese.
