✨ GUIDED FREE-MOVEMENT FOR COMMUNITY ✨

Attune your wild and authentic moving self with this guided free-movement class led by Ellen Sickenberger! If you’re looking to become freer in your physical vessel, deepen your movement practice, or experience the healing power of movement, this class is for you. Non-dancers and dancers alike are welcome; the practice is unique to each individual and is for everyone.

Ellen has years of experience in practicing and teaching improvisational movement methods, inspired by her work with choreographers across the Middle East, Europe and NYC. Her teachings are deeply inspired by Kinetica (Nadine Bommer), Gaga (Ohad Naharin), and other unnamed methods she has learned and built upon throughout her career.

💪 Stay a student. Stay curious. Stay evolving.

Becoming a professional dancer—or stepping into the role of educator—doesn’t mean you’ve finished learning.

Artists who continue to train, experiment and challenge their physical practices create more possibilities for themselves as performers, choreographers, and teachers.

If you’re the kind of dancer who wants to keep discovering what’s possible, we want you in the room.
