Last month, the Midstate Mechanical team had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Arizona Association of School Business Officials (AASBO) Annual Conference in Tucson.

It was a fantastic few days connecting with school district leaders, industry partners, and facility professionals from across Arizona. We always appreciate the opportunity to build new relationships, reconnect with familiar faces, and discuss ways we can continue supporting schools with reliable mechanical, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and HVAC solutions.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to visit with our booth and team. We enjoyed the conversations and look forward to continuing to serve Arizona's schools and communities. 💙

🎉Last week, our Plumbing Division Manager, Matt O., had the opportunity to recognize one of our Journeyman Plumbers, Jason C., with a Midstate swag bag for going above and beyond! 🎉

At the end of the day on Friday, Jason was asked to jump in and assist our Service team on a project at HonorHealth. A fellow Manager took the time to recognize Jason's outstanding work ethic, technical knowledge, and willingness to support another team when they needed help most.

Moments like these are what Midstate is all about. Teamwork, accountability, and a willingness to step up are values we strive to live every day, and Jason demonstrated each of them. 📣

Our Estimating team traded blueprints for baseball and enjoyed a well-deserved afternoon at the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Oakland A's game! ⚾

Taking time to connect outside the office helps strengthen relationships, build teamwork, and recharge for the busy projects ahead. We appreciate all the hard work our Estimating team puts in every day and are glad they had the chance to enjoy a great day at the ballpark together. 💙

📣On the Final Stretch at Chandler High School!

Our team is making great progress on the Chandler High School Culinary Classroom Remodel.

Recently we set the Make-Up Air Units and exhaust fans that will support the new commercial kitchen hoods in the school's new Culinary Arts classroom. These systems are essential to creating a safe, efficient, and professional learning environment for future chefs. 🎉

We're proud to help bring this exciting space to life and are looking forward to crossing the finish line soon!
