Midstate Mechanical

🎉Building the Next Generation of Skilled Trades! 🎉

Midstate Mechanical is proud to celebrate the first month of our Plumbing Apprenticeship Program! 💙

This is an exciting milestone for our company and, more importantly, an investment in our people and the future of the skilled trades. Through hands-on experience, classroom instruction, and guidance from experienced professionals, our apprentices are building the skills and knowledge that will help carry our industry forward. 🙌

We’re excited to watch this first group learn, grow, and develop throughout the program — and proud to have them as part of the Midstate team!

✨A Legacy of Trust, Built on Experience, Driven by Innovation, Focused on People. ✨

🎉Celebrating 5 Years with Midstate! 🎉

Today we’re recognizing Mark R., a Sheet Metal Superintendent, as he celebrates 5 years with Midstate Mechanical! 🙌

Over the past five years, Mark has become a valued part of the Midstate team. His knowledge of the trade, strong work ethic, and dedication to getting the job done right are evident in the work he does and the leadership he brings to our Sheet Metal crews.

🌯 Burritos, Midstate swag, and jobsite appreciation! 💙

Last Friday, Midstate’s Team Building Committee, led by Matt O., headed out to visit two of our jobsites to show some appreciation for our hardworking field crews.

The team arrived bearing an assortment of breakfast burritos from Habanero Fresh Mexican Grill, along with plenty of Midstate swag for the guys in the field.

A great way to connect with our field teams and say THANK YOU for the hard work they put in every day. 🙌

Great job to our Team Building Committee for making it happen—👏

⚾ Sharing a little D-backs fun!

Last week, Charles W., Neighborhood Development Manager with MentorKids USA, and his group had the opportunity to enjoy the game from Midstate’s seats! Judging by these photos, it looks like they had a great night! 😊

We love being able to share opportunities like this with organizations and individuals who are making a difference in our community. 💙

Thanks for joining us, Charles and the MentorKids USA crew — we’re glad you enjoyed the game! ⚾

⛳ A great day on the course with our Tucson team!

Midstate Mechanical’s Tucson team had a great time participating in the Marana 2340 Foundation’s 13th Annual Golf Tournament!

It was a fun day on the course, enjoying some friendly competition while supporting a great organization and our local community. 💙

We always enjoy seeing our team get out of the office and jobsite, spend some time together, and support the communities we serve.

Thanks to the Marana 2340 Foundation for a great tournament! ⛳🏌️

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Midstate! 🎉

Today we’re recognizing Mark D., Midstate Mechanical’s Chief Financial Officer, as he celebrates 5 years of service with our team!

As our resident numbers guy, Mark brings a steady, thoughtful approach to his role and has become an important part of Midstate’s leadership team. His knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to keeping us on the right track have been greatly appreciated over the past five years.

While Mark may prefer working behind the scenes rather than being in the spotlight, we couldn’t let this milestone go by without recognizing him! Please join us in congratulating Mark on this milestone and thanking him for 5 great years with Midstate Mechanical! 👏

Congratulations, Mark, on 5 years with Midstate Mechanical — we appreciate all you do and are glad to have you on our team! 💙🎉

🇺🇸 25 YEARS LATER — WE WILL NEVER FORGET 🇺🇸

September 11, 2001, is a day forever etched into the heart of America. ❤️🤍💙

Today, we remember the 2,977 lives taken too soon, honor the heroes who ran toward danger, and recognize the families whose lives were forever changed.

Twenty-five years later, we also remember the strength and unity our nation showed in the days that followed — when strangers helped strangers and Americans stood together as One Nation.

May we always honor those we lost, remember those who served and sacrificed, cherish our freedom, and never forget what it means to stand united. ❤️

God Bless America - Never Forget 🇺🇸

🇺🇸 This Labor Day, we celebrate the hardworking men and women who build, create, and keep our communities moving forward. Your dedication, grit, and craftsmanship are the foundation of everything we build. 💪

To our incredible Midstate crews and staff — thank you for your dedication, skill, and commitment to excellence every single day. Wishing you and your families a safe and well-deserved Labor Day! 💙

🌟Project Spotlight | Echo Cliffs Healthcare Facility 🌟

Midstate Mechanical was proud to partner with Oakland Construction on this 123,565-square-foot, LEED Gold Certified Echo Cliffs Healthcare Facility on the Navajo Nation in Northern Arizona.

Our team provided HVAC design assistance, BIM modeling, coordination, fabrication, and installation for this impressive project. The facility’s design honors Navajo cultural traditions, with the main entrance facing east while also providing practical passive solar benefits.

The mechanical scope included four 30,000 CFM air handling units, four boilers, two 350-ton air-cooled chillers, 240+ VAVs, fan coil units, exhaust systems, humidification equipment, and more.

With nearly 60,000 field and shop labor hours invested—and electrical hours not included—this project showcases the planning, coordination, craftsmanship, and teamwork required to bring a healthcare facility of this scale to life.

⛳ Supporting Education in Our Community!

Last week, Midstate Mechanical was proud to participate as a Birdie Sponsor at the Chandler Education Foundation Golf Tournament!

It was a great day on the course supporting an organization that works to create opportunities and make a positive impact for students and educators throughout the Chandler community.

We’re always grateful for opportunities to get involved, give back, and support the communities where we live and work. 💙

Thank you to the Chandler Education Foundation for putting together another great event! ⛳
