We empower incarcerated women with skills to successfully reintegrate back into society.

The only thing we love more than The Office is our TVF community.

So much of this work happens because people choose to show up for our women with their time, expertise, resources, connections and encouragement.

We see you. We appreciate you. And we’re really glad you’re here. 🩵

Annmarie Cohen of BMO U.S. recently joined the women at Mom’s House for a class on credit building and credit repair, and several women who have already transitioned from Mom’s House came back to join them.

Good credit matters for every woman, but for women rebuilding their lives after incarceration, it can affect whether they can qualify for an apartment, finance a car to get to and from work, or access affordable credit when they need it.

So we get ahead of it.

Financial education is part of preparing women not just to come home, but to build financially independent lives once they do.

Thank you, Annmarie, for giving our women knowledge they can use for years to come.

A little over two weeks to go and two more companies have joined our Swing FORE Second Chances sponsor lineup!

A big thank you to ALERA Group and Checkr.org for stepping up for second chances. We’re grateful to have you with us.

We’re getting close, but there’s still time to join us on Friday, Oct. 9, at the Legacy Golf Club in Phoenix. Register your foursome, become a sponsor or both: https://events.golfstatus.com/event/2026-4th-annual-swing-fore-second-chances/packages

Know what a lot of our women want to do when they first come home? Feel beautiful.

They want to put on makeup and do their hair. They want to look in the mirror and see themselves again. It might seem like a small thing, but it isn’t.

Since 2020, Thrive Causemetics has been making sure our women come home with makeup bags filled with products that help make that moment possible.

Close to 1,000 women have come home since then. That’s 1,000 women getting to decide how they want to show up in the world again.

Thank you, Thrive Causemetics, for understanding that sometimes something as simple as a tube of lipstick can mean a whole lot more than lipstick. 🩵

Who wouldn’t want to spend the day with these two? Meet Tami and Tamie. Yes, really.

They’ll be back at Swing FORE Second Chances on Friday, Oct. 9, at Legacy Golf Club, and clearly, they know how to have a good time.

Grab your foursome before we sell out.

What does opportunity look like when you’re preparing to come home?

Sometimes it looks like a career fair or a job interview or someone seeing what you’re capable of and helping you see it, too.

These women experienced that through our Televerde Foundation’s Career PATHS program. And what they have to say about it is a powerful reminder that preparing for reentry starts long before the day someone walks out the door.

Your gift helps make that preparation possible for the next woman. 🩵

25 years later, we remember.

Some people think a job makes all the difference, and it certainly helps. But our team knows transformation takes a lot more than a paycheck.

PATHS graduate Mary Clifton says it better than we ever could:

“Career PATHS taught me new skills and showed me how to professionally use the skills I already had. I'm now proud of the woman I’ve become—resilient, tenacious and determined. I’m grounded in the knowledge that my life has value and that transformation is possible at any stage of life.”

Learning to believe in yourself may just be the foundation for everything that comes next. 🩵

“They prepared me to work and live.”

Five words that say so much about what reentry preparation really means.

Jada spent 18 years incarcerated. Today, she works for the same Foundation that helped prepare her for what came next.

This is her letter. 🩵

Four years ago today, PATHS graduate Danna Tongate sat down in the studio with FOX10 News’s Troy Hayden and talked about earning her GED while incarcerated and everything that grew from it. Watch: https://youtu.be/1ieP0tjrOCs?is=2R6aBCQE5XW5N2Yb

Roughly 14 months after that interview, Danna opened her own dry-cleaning business in Phoenix and today credits our PATHS program and Televerde with giving her the hard and soft skills she uses every day to talk with clients, develop and manage a budget, and keep growing her business.

From earning her GED behind bars to becoming a small business owner — that’s what a second chance can make possible. 🩵
