Talus Development LLC

We are famous 📸

Each year, the Johnny Rice Annual Back-to-School Drive continues in memory of our colleague Johnny Rice and his legacy of supporting others. Through this annual effort, we come together to help students in the communities where we live and work.

This year, we were proud to support Glenn L. Downs Social Sciences Academy, part of the Cartwright School District #83.

Thanks to the generosity and contributions of employees from Talus Development, Gonzalez Construction, and Light Source Communications, we were able to provide 300 backpacks filled with school supplies to help students begin the school year prepared and ready to learn.

We sincerely thank everyone who donated, organized, transported, and helped distribute the backpacks. This annual effort demonstrates what can be accomplished when our teams come together with a shared commitment to the communities we serve.

We also extend our appreciation to the staff at Glenn L. Downs Social Sciences Academy and Cartwright School District for welcoming us and allowing us the opportunity to support their students.

We build more than fiber. We help build stronger communities.

Construction workers are statistically at a higher risk for mental health issues than virtually every other profession. This week is Construction Su***de Prevention, Sept 14th-18th. Let’s build a community of support.

Our finest form of heat mitigation—ice cream and popsicles have been purchased. Employees have at it! Thank you for all your hard work!!

We never miss an opportunity for a party! Congrats Jen and Fernando on their soon to be baby.

Talus is representing in San Diego today at this great event.

We’re thrilled to be back as a Gold Sponsor of Engineering News-Record's Groundbreaking Women in Construction Conference this week in San Diego.

Our team is proud to support and celebrate the trailblazing women shaping the future of construction and the conversations that move the industry forward.

Talus team came together today to start our long weekend with an Employee Appreciation and Heat Mitigation event! Crews trained on heat dangers and prevention, while dining on tacos and Colby grilling. Ended the event with prizes along with hard hat shades, hats, cooling towels and cooling caps to all 😎.

Happy retirement to Dave! He’s incredibly hardworking, consistently kind, and without a doubt the best chili maker around! You will be missed more than you know. Wishing you a retirement full of relaxation and good times.
