Meet Tiernneé. Tiernneé knows that a diagnosis doesn't get to write the final chapter.

Since her Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer diagnosis in 2015, Tiernneé has faced continuous treatments and challenges with a grit that is rare. But she didn't stop there. She took that fire and turned it into advocacy, stepping into nonprofit work and volunteerism to make sure others don't have to walk this path alone.

Now joining our Survivor Board, she brings a unique perspective: the ability to handle hard things with grace, a heart dedicated to helping others, and the passion to push for real growth. Even while managing her own health and supporting her mother, she makes time for the things that fuel her soul—traveling, painting, reading, and being the "comfort human" to her cat, Everly.

For everyone else, true rest (the kind that leaves you feeling recharged) is the foundation that allows us to be active. So unplug, lie down, and don't feel guilty about it.
