TraCorp exists because of one of those dads. Andy Schermuly founded this company after 15+ years as a principal training engineer. His daughter Tobi grew up around the work, started here in high school, and acquired the business from her parents in 2024.

Thirty years later, the company he built is still here because he taught the people around him to do the work well. He didn't keep it all in his head.
