CPLC Keogh Health Connection

We accomplish our mission through targeted outreach and assisting families with applications for AHCCCS, (Medicaid), KidsCare, and Food Stamps. We have developed and continue to expand a broad network of collaborating partners, which identify uninsured families and individuals. Our bilingual staff provides direct assistance to individuals by informing and assisting with applications for public health and nutrition benefits. Only citizens and legal residents are eligible for these public benefits. When someone is not eligible, we refer them to affordable Community Health Centers and free clinics. Since initiating services in 2004, more than 134,000 people have been touched by our direct and indirect programs. We help families move towards longer-term stability and sustainability.
