Stoked on this shot got of this one handed table from .co this past weekend. Hitting the wall ride on the Stark after towing us in was so legit!! 🤘🏻Grippin’ n’ Rippin’ babe!!! Haha

I owe more of my BMX career to this man (and that camera) than I can express in a short caption! ’s raw talent and wildness on a BMX bike made him one of my favorite people to ride with and watch ride back in the late 90s and early 2000s. Injuries shifted his focus to capturing the riding from behind the lens and you’d be hard pressed to find someone to compare him to in that world. I attribute the success of all of my biggest filming projects and many photos in magazines to his creative touch and ability to make me look good even when we all know I probably didn’t! 🤣
This past Sunday we were able to connect for a meal and long overdue “catchup time”! It was so rad to sit down and feel like we haven’t even lost a day when it’s been years (if you find a friend like that, hang onto them people)! Lots of laughter and heart felt conversations that I will cherish! Thank you for all the fun memories Walter, more to come in the future! 🤘🏻👍🏻 *Fun Fact: “Time Well Spent”, my Props Interview in issue 56, and “Drop the Hammer” were filmed with that very camera!

When gives you his old seat and writes “Do a super whip” on it, you immediately have to try your hardest to look as cool as him in the air then when that doesn’t work just do what he asked! Haha 🤣

To say this man was an inspiration to me me would be a wild understatement! was literally my introduction to Freestyle BMX in the early 90s at one of his Sprocket Jockey shows in the Texas State Fair. Fast forward 20 years and I had the honor of being added to the team! Fast forward another 12 years and I’m still proud to represent the HB team to this day! Been doing shows this week and last week with , , & my dude Ka-Bar! Been having so much fun riding with this kid!!! And hanging / riding with old friends and all around good dudes (Worm included!)!

I believe this was in 2009. If I remember correctly, San Bernardo Skatepark is one of the oldest parks in São Paulo, Brazil. Home to a very unique full pipe! I was told by the locals that no one had ever looped it and they challenged me to get it done. Haha it took a couple tries, but here it is! rolled up either right before or right after this went down too! 😂 Who wants to see the video of this?
