What are your thoughts on this?

I had a blast of a time playing with Sarah and Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra last weekend in a new film music show!

I want to give a special thanks to Danny Elfman for giving me 2 very special opportunities in his new show:

1. I’ve been wanting to play viola (in addition to violin) for most of my career. I think it’s one of the most beautiful instruments. When Danny asked me to play the viola solo from his score to “The Wolfman”, I was overwhelmed with joy and gratitude. And, as an obsessed “wolf woman”, ❤️🐺❤️ this was, in more ways than one, a dream come true.

2. Playing the solo from Danny’s “Dracula” score was extra special for me. The solos in the original motion picture soundtrack are me, and after 13 years of performing film music on stage, it felt like such a treat to play something live that I was also the original “voice” for. 🧛

It was tremendously fun as well to have 3 costume changes! I am immensely grateful for the new costumes by my amazing designer!

As always, I adore working with Sarah, my silly-faces partner. 🤪 Sarah, you are a powerhouse! 🙌 And of course…Pinkerton. Yes, I was angling for a kiss from him and yes, I did receive one. Or two. 🐶😘

Thank you to everyone who came out to see our show! And I hope we get to do this many more times in many more places!! 🥰🤞

In honor of my viola debut 🎻✨ tonight with Sarah and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra playing the solo from Danny Elfman’s score to “The Wolfman”, may I present myself as a “wolf woman” getting kissed by 2 very handsome wolves. 🐺❤️🐺

Many thanks to Wolf Mountain Sanctuary for this beautiful, memorable, and most meaningful visit with the wolves. One of the best days of my life. 🙏💝
