And Zen Some

Crystal Healing can help you overcome emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual obstacles to bring you to a place of health, happiness, and higher meaning. My name is Rachel Vail, but I prefer to be called Rae. I am the owner, founder, artist, and intuitive of And Zen Some Crystal Healing & Jewelry. Crystals found me in 2014 and completely changed my life for the better. Since then, it has become my life mission to help others transform themselves and their lives through the power of love, light, and crystals. My personal emotional wellness transformation is what inspired me to specialize in helping other women feel powerful, independent, and in control. However, my services do not stop there. I see clients of all ages, genders, and ailments. Whether you are struggling with physical health, mental health, or spiritual health, a Crystal Healing Session can help restore you back to perfection again. Hearing clients' feedback and seeing these treatments work in their lives is what keeps me motivated to keep touching the lives of others. I am known for paying special attention to the needs, privacy, and comfort of each client. We are beautiful spirits that chose to take on the physical plane that is Earth. Mother Earth allows us to indulge in the enchantments and healing energy she provides. Crystals carry a physical representation of unique vibrations and energies that is easy for our energy fields to grasp and utilize. With this energy, our physical selves become grounded, our higher selves elevate, and everything in between becomes healed and recharged. Crystal Healings can help you overcome emotional, mental, physical, or spiritual obstacles to bring you to a place of health, happiness, and higher meaning. My jewelry is hypoallergenic and all intuited. Every piece is one of a kind, and truly meant for someone special. If you find yourself feeling drawn to a certain crystal, there is always a reason why. Much Love & Light to all of you who have decided to "like" my page and support me by sharing, purchasing, or giving positive feedback. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me by email, telephone, or messenger.
