SNMC Summit Region

Q4 starts NOW. 🏔️

Not next Monday. Not when things slow down. Not when you feel more ready.

Today.

October 1st is a reminder that there is still time to chase the goal, make the call, build the relationship, change the strategy, and finish stronger than you started.

Three months can change a lot when you move with intention.

So whatever Q1–Q3 looked like — take the lessons, keep the momentum, and leave the rest behind.

New month. New quarter. One final push.

Let’s make Q4 count, Summit Region. 🔥

September set the bar. Now it’s time to raise it. 📈

Congratulations to our Summit Region Top Producers who closed out Q3 STRONG. Your consistency, hustle, and commitment continue to show what’s possible when you keep showing up.

But today? The scoreboard resets.

October 1st.
A new month.
A new quarter.
And 90-ish days left to finish what you started. 🔥

Q4 isn’t about slowing down — it’s about finishing with intention.

To everyone chasing a goal, a new personal best, or your name on this list next month… this is your moment.

Let’s finish 2026 the Summit way. 🏔️

Market talk, minus the noise. 🎙️

Our CEO, Andrew Quist, sits down for a real conversation about today’s market, what’s changing, and what continues to set SecurityNational Mortgage apart.

No fluff. Just perspective from the top.

Day 2 of AVANCE Global ✨

More conversations. More connection. More ideas to bring home and put into action.

There’s something powerful about being in a room full of people who are ready to learn, grow, and keep raising the bar—and Day 2 delivered.

We’re heading home inspired, connected, and ready for what’s next. 🚀

Day 1 at Avance Global Las Vegas 🎰✨

Networking. Leadership. Teamwork. Growth. And a whole lot of Summit Region energy.

Because when you bring the right people into the right rooms, big things happen. 🔥

A little behind-the-scenes from The Closing Table 🎙️

If these outtakes tell you anything, it’s that Amanda and I had way too much fun filming this. 😂

Amanda Melendez, Branch Manager with SecurityNational Mortgage Company, brings the mortgage knowledge (and the sass 🌶️), while I bring the real estate side — and somehow, our personalities make the perfect balance.

The Closing Table is where mortgage meets real estate: short conversations, helpful information, real-life insight, and probably a few laughs along the way.

We’re excited to share what we’ve been working on and hopefully make buying a home feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more approachable. 🤍

Keep an eye out for our first episodes coming soon. 👀

Two sides of the industry. One table. One goal: helping you get home. ✨

August numbers are IN. 👏🔥 And our Summit Region producers came to WORK.

Behind every closing is a whole lot of hustle, heart, consistency, and commitment to the families we serve. 🏡✨

Congratulations to our August Top Producers — we’re proud to have you representing the Summit Region and raising the bar month after month. 🏆

Here’s to carrying that momentum straight into September. 🚀

Your ambition starts with you.
Your environment helps determine how far it can go.

Choose the room that matches where you’re headed.
