Generating a logo with AI is super tempting! But… what about those hidden costs?

A good logo should be versatile. It can be used in different formats, sizes, colors, backgrounds, or print materials.

AI logos are too detailed to adapt, making them hard to actually use.

Designers can take your vision and create a full cohesive brand including; your logo, colors, and font type.

Can you tell the difference between the AI-generated logos and the logod created by a graphic designer?

With influencers, ads, and doom scrolling we’ve all become experts at knowing when we’re being sold to. (Thanks, social media! 😂)

When it comes to the Latino community, a one-off campaign or perfectly translated ad isn’t enough.

Building trust means active participation. Showing up. And not just during Hispanic Heritage Month!

There’s a big difference between reaching a community with your marketing and building a real relationship with that community. People can feel the difference.

Building trust through community is what grassroots marketing is all about.

These are just a few ways to show up. What would you add to the list?

We all have our reason why we show up each day. 💙

What’s yours?

That “Donate Now” at the bottom of your email or social post is not going to get people to donate. 🙈

Your hard work isn’t going to waste! But your connection to the community is what really makes an impact.

Think about it. Your community already gives to one another in times of need. They just give to people they trust.

If you want to grow your Latino volunteer or donor base, then you need to connect with them. Become a part of the community. Build trust.

Community experiences can determine whether your message builds trust or pushes your audience away.

How people interpret a message is influenced by:
👉 historical context
👉 cultural knowledge
👉 community relationships
👉 & lived experiences

Audience Intelligence goes beyond just knowing their demographics. You need to learn what matters to them.

Here’s exactly what we do.

Yes, we’re a multicultural marketing agency. What makes our approach different is that we look at every project through a grassroots strategy lens. We connect businesses doing good work with the Latino community.

Another year, another Novle Retreat. 💙

And somehow… we didn’t get a team photo AGAIN. 😅 We’ll take that as a sign that we were too busy having fun.

Our yearly retreat is always a chance to get out of the office, spend time together, laugh a lot, and enjoy each other’s company without an agenda or deadline attached.

A little break from the everyday and some quality time with the Novle team.

Already looking forward to the next one! 🍻
