Here’s what I wish 20-year-old me knew about money:

- Credit is your reputation. Guard it. One late payment or maxed card follows you.
- Put property in your name. Not his. Not “ours.” Yours.
- Start retirement now. $50 at 20 beats $500 at 40. Time is the cheat code.
- Always keep your own bank account. Independence = freedom.
- Estate planning isn’t “for later.” If you have assets or kids, you need a plan.
