What a special Sunday at DFUMC! ❤️

Last Sunday, we had the privilege of commissioning our newest Stephen Ministers during worship. We give thanks for these dedicated individuals who have answered God's call to provide compassionate, one-on-one Christian care to those experiencing life's challenges.

Stephen Ministers are trained to listen, encourage, pray, and walk alongside others with Christ's love, offering hope and support during difficult seasons. Their ministry is a beautiful reminder that no one has to face life's struggles alone.

Please join us in praying for our newly commissioned Stephen Ministers as they begin this important ministry. May God grant them wisdom, compassion, and strength as they serve our church family and community.

Take a look at a few photos from this meaningful day as we celebrate God's work through these faithful servants!
