UTAC - Train Like You Operate

The people you learn from matter.

A big part of the UTAC experience is the people behind it, our growing cadre of experienced operators, instructors, speakers, and subject-matter experts who bring real-world knowledge and perspective into every training environment.

A special thank you to Jason English, Damon Jackson, Rob Robertson, and Cory Balke for sharing their experience and expertise with the UTAC community at UTAC 2026.

From hands-on training and instruction to conversations and lessons shaped by real-world experience, this exchange of knowledge is a critical part of Train Like You Operate.

And we’re just getting started.

More training. More real-world scenarios. More access to experienced professionals. More opportunities to learn, collaborate, and experience technology in action.

September 11, 2001, left an enduring mark on our nation and on the public safety community. Today, we reflect on those we lost and the extraordinary courage, service, and unity demonstrated in the moments that followed.

Their courage, service, and sacrifice continue to inspire generations of those who dedicate themselves to protecting and serving others.

What makes UTAC special isn’t just what happens on the training ground. It’s the people who make it happen.

UTAC 2026 brought together an incredible group of instructors, speakers, agencies, attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, and industry partners for three days of training, technology, learning, and connection.

To everyone who traveled, taught, demonstrated, participated, supported, and contributed in any way, thank you.

We’re incredibly proud of what we built together and grateful to everyone who made UTAC 2026 an event to remember.

Train Like You Operate. See you in 2027.
