Round two is off to a great start! 🎉

These three facilities led the way in July, the first month of the second half of our National Semi-Annual Charity Contest:

🥇 US Storage Centers Los Angeles - Osage — $1,660 raised
🥈 US Storage Centers – Bakersfield, CA — $570 raised
🥉 US Storage Centers – Las Vegas, NV — $400 raised

Huge shoutout to US Storage Center Los Angeles - Osage for coming out swinging right out of the gate! Whoever tops that number has some serious work ahead of them.

But the leaderboard just reset, so this is exactly the moment to jump in if you haven't run an auction yet!

Behind every name is a story. Family Heirloom Storage lives up to theirs.

We're proud to welcome this family-owned operator to the Charity Storage program. As they grow from 27 to more than 40 locations across the Southeast, they're supporting the Donald R. Tyree Foundation, a cause close to home.

The foundation honors the father of one of Family Heirloom's founders, Don Tyree. A Kentucky coal miner's son, Donald R. Tyree left school after the tenth grade and worked 35 years in a factory to give his children a better life. He believed education was the one gift that could never be taken away, and that belief lives on through the students and schools his foundation supports.

Now, every charity auction at a Family Heirloom facility helps carry that legacy forward.

The results are in! Storage facilities nationwide came together for our National Semi-Annual Charity Storage Contest, turning their charity auctions into real, tangible support for nonprofits in their communities. To every facility that ran an auction, rallied their team, and gave back this round: thank you. The impact you make is real, and it doesn't go unnoticed.

Here's who came out on top for January through June 2026:

🥈US Storage Centers – Melbourne – New Haven Ave (Melbourne, FL) — $2,030 raised!
🥉 US Storage Centers – Mission Viejo (Laguna Niguel, CA) — $1,455 raised!
⭐ Storage King USA – Dundee (Dundee, FL) — $1,290 raised!
⭐ Compass Self Storage (Mansfield, TX) — $1,190 raised!

Huge congrats to this round's winners, and to every single facility that took part. It's a reminder that generosity is just part of how this industry operates.
