We ship weekly to Phoenix, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Miami, Minneapolis, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Pittsburgh, and Philadelphia.
Profile Precision Extrusions is here to solve your most complex aluminum extrusion and aluminum fabrication needs, from design to production. We’re exclusively committed to manufacturing custom miniature aluminum extrusions and aluminum extruded tubing. As such, we can only produce tubing up to 2.75" in diameter. Our customers love our no-minimum order size, willingness to produce prototypes, and extensive value-added options.

Profile Precision Extrusions manufactures a wide variety of simple to complex extruded aluminum shapes. We produce standard aerospace extrusions such as Army-Navy Aeronautical Design Standards (AND shapes), Boeing standard designs (BAC shapes) that meet their demanding criteria. We set ourselves apart from others in our industry because of our ability to produce aluminum extrusions that require close tolerances, a small design envelope, or both.
