This past Friday, our preconstruction team in Arizona volunteered at St. Mary's Food Bank, showing up for the Phoenix community that we’re a part of. The team set a new record for kids breakfast and lunch meals packed with a total of 2,315. Every year, St. Mary’s Food Bank provides nutritious meals to millions of people facing food insecurity. Volunteers, through giving their time, enable St. Mary’s Food Bank to deliver for the families, children, veterans, and others who rely on them. At LGE, giving back like this is part of how we build.

Construction has started on Postino at the Switchyard. Our tenant improvement team is excited to deliver the latest location of this charming neighborhood wine cafe with our signature precision and craftsmanship.

LGE took an office building and commenced a full tenant improvement to create this gorgeous two-story restaurant, balancing bold design with uncompromising functionality to fit the client’s needs. Recognition like this affirms what we set out to do on every project: build spaces that perform, endure, and make an impression that lasts.

Construction on Skyport at Redfield Hangars is underway.

The first slabs have been poured, and later this month, the project will go vertical as tilting begins. When the Skyport is complete, it will offer four luxury airplane hangars with integrated office space. We’re excited to see this project develop in the coming months.

All Copy’s new office and warehouse space in Chandler is in the final stretch.

Interior finishes are currently installing from polished concrete to cool wood slat ceilings. The elevator and material lift are in their final stages, site landscaping is complete, and parking canopies begin next week.
