All Copy Products' new Arizona headquarters is complete!
At nearly 40,000 square feet across two levels, the office includes showrooms, a service center, training rooms, and a storage mezzanine with its own material elevator. On the outside, burnished CMU gives the building its finished look. Next up, the All Copy team gets to settle into their new space.
Proud of this build, and we can't wait to see it in action.

Steady progress at International Furniture Direct, LLC. PCCP paving, curb, and sidewalk work are done.
Next up is framing, drywall, asphalt, power, landscaping, and glazing, all pushing us toward final inspections and Certificate of Occupancy.

LGE is proud to partner with Grand Canyon University in support of their new Construction Management program, launching this fall.
With more than 1,000 graduates already sent into the trades over the past four years, GCU knows the industry is only as strong as the people entering it. Investing in the next generation of builders, managers, and leaders is a responsibility we're proud to share.

We've officially broken ground at Avondale Tech Center! This three-building, 700,000-square-foot Class-A industrial campus spans 38.08 acres in the Phoenix Metro, with direct I-10 access to Loop 303, Loop 101, and the Loop 202 extension.
Built to serve advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, aerospace, semiconductor, and defense tenants.
