Our ministry’s target is the homeless and the incarcerated. One can spend this time to build a stable foundation for their life.
Church On The Street is a Christian Discipleship Program (or 'Bible' Boot Camp) where a believer in Jesus Christ can spend six months in our 180 day residential program immersed in the Word of God. Very intense; very structured with a curriculum based in the Life of Christ. Lots of rules to incorporate discipline into one's character; this life recovery school is the stepping stone to finding the purpose for your life that the Lord has for you. We accept all donations & are in need of hygiene, finances, clothes, furniture and vehicles. We are an approved facility for probation & parole. Visit our website @ www.cotsphoenix.org or call (602) 257-8918 for tour or program information.

Many individuals who were previously exempted from work requirements must now work 20 hours per week and provide adequate documentation, in order to keep receiving SNAP benefits. These individuals include:
• able-bodied adults without dependents aged 55-64
• able-bodied adults with dependents 14+ years old
• people experiencing homelessness & veterans
• 18-24 years olds who have aged out of foster care
Work requirements can be fulfilled through volunteering and community service. For an unpaid, volunteer activity to count toward your work requirement, the unpaid work activity:
• must not take place in your own home.
• must benefit the community OR a member of the community who does not reside with you.
Individuals looking for volunteer opportunities can call 2-1-1 to find an opportunity in your area.
