In case you missed it, Simone Cuccurullo's last day at the station was last week! Simone was just as fun and energetic off-air as she was on TV. She will be so missed 🖤

Woke up to three Rocky Mountain Emmys nominations this year!!! This is extra special because I really love our small, but mighty, weekend morning crew.

This job isn't about awards, but the recognition is just a little reminder of why we do this. To make the seemingly scary world a little less so. To inform. And to hopefully have some fun. Trust me, I don't take it lightly.

Fun fact: my husband is a photographer at another station in town and also has two nominations. So proud of him! And for the first time ever we're competing in the same category 🤣 this is very fun for us!

Congrats to all nominees 🤍

This is just so sad. You grow to know and love everyone you work with when you're in a newsroom. Keeping their loved ones in my thoughts 🙏
