đď¸ I guide people inwards, to create new realities outward
The thing she felt she didnât hear from her mom, she received in a dream.
Letting go of hurt and pain towards a loved one can be powerful, and also can come in the most unexpected ways.
This was a conversation during her 5 day retreat, where we really dive deep into the past hurts, resentments and weight that sheâs been carrying.
Doing deep work to release it.
Then creating someone new.

The reason most people donât change their life isnât because they donât know what to think.
Itâs because theyâre trying to change their thoughts without releasing the emotions attached to those thoughts.
Every thought carries a corresponding emotion.
Guilt.
Shame.
Fear.
Resentment.
Unworthiness.
And while you may be able to intellectually understand why something happened, if that energy is still living in your body, youâll continue creating the same experiences over and over again.
Whatâs interesting is most people donât even realize how much emotion theyâve been carrying until they finally slow down long enough to sit with themselves.
But thatâs exactly what most people avoid.
Because the moment you sit in silence, the emotions youâve been distracting yourself from begin to surface.
The grief.
The hurt.
The anger.
The sadness.
And rather than feel it, most people stay busy. They scroll. They work. They pour into everyone else. Anything to avoid being alone with themselves.
But healing begins the moment you create enough safety within yourself to feel whatâs been waiting to be felt.
Not just to understand your past.
But to release it.
This is Day 3 of my 5-Day Private Retreat, where I guide clients through a deep emotional and energetic process designed to help them not only identify the patterns, traumas, and stories keeping them stuck, but finally release them from the body.
Whatâs fascinating is most people arrive thinking they need clarity on their future.
Then they realize what they really need is freedom from their past.
If youâre ready for this level of healing, presence, and transformation, comment âRETREATâ below and Iâll reach out personally.
I get it. Trust can feel like a luxury when youâre used to taking control and relying on yourself for everything.
That small world you live in? Itâs a scared little girl inside, afraid to fully open up. Youâre not alone in feeling that way. Itâs heavy to carry the weight of thinking you have to do it all by yourself.
But remember, itâs okay to feel that. Youâre holding onto the thought that your mom has always been there, but itâs tough when you need more than whatâs offered. Life isnât just about the drastic moments; itâs about the everyday support we crave.
Comment âbreakthroughâ below if youâre ready to start letting go of the weight and step into a space where you can truly be supported. đđž
Hereâs the thing: for so long, I was just trying to survive. Everything was about creating stability, chasing after that job, that career that would finally bring me peace.
But what happens when you find a moment to actually just be? To let life flow instead of forcing it? Thatâs what Iâm finally experiencing. Itâs wild to think about how much energy I spent running on a hamster wheel, always focused on what comes next instead of just creating something beautiful right now.
Now, with a sense of comfort and security, I can think clearly. This job is just one piece of the puzzle, and it allows me to explore what I truly want without that constant pressure.
If youâre ready to step out of survival mode and into a space where you can truly flow with life, comment âbreakthroughâ below if youâre ready to do the work đđž
Itâs wild how we can carry these wounds from childhood into our relationships as adults.
When you think about your mom, what comes up? Is it nurturing, or does it feel like a wall? Hereâs the thing: if you can tap into that tender part of yourself, the little girl inside you that just needs love, it becomes a lot easier to connect with her.
Imagine a 14-year-old girl, scared and lost, looking for safety. What would you give her? You wouldnât demand anything in returnâyouâd just want to support her.
Now apply that same energy to your own relationship. Healing is a practice, and it starts with you.
If youâre ready to learn how to do this work, comment âretreatâ below and Iâll send you information about the upcoming experiences đđž
So often, I meet high achievers who have become everything for everybody else.
Youâre the one people lean on.
You have the accomplishments, the achievements, the family, the career, the successful business.
From the outside, everything looks good.
Yet on the inside, it feels like something is missing.
You see, what starts off as fulfillment can slowly become burnout when youâre constantly pouring into others without taking the time to pour back into yourself.
The healer needs healing.
The leader needs guidance.
And the one carrying everyone else still needs a place to put their own burdens down.
This was Aaronâs experience.
Despite years of personal development.
Despite therapy.
Despite having more than 30 therapists working inside of his organization.
Despite helping people heal for a living.
He knew there was another layer.
So he came to spend five days with me in a private one-on-one retreat in Tulum, Mexico.
Not to learn more information.
But to reconnect with himself.
To release the emotional weight he had been carrying.
Because the next level of your life rarely requires more strategy.
It requires a deeper relationship with yourself.
A deeper relationship with God.
And the courage to face the parts of yourself youâve been too busy to hear.
If youâve built a successful life but still feel like thereâs another level available to you.
You know thereâs a different level of internal alignment youâre desiring.
And youâre ready to go within. Like TRULY go within and do the deep work, shoot me a dm or comment âRETREATâ below and see if this experience is for you đđž
