I’m having lunch with my boy Tyler Bendeson when his girl heard us talking about purpose.

She wanted me to help her discover and get clear on hers.

After walking her through the same 3 step framework I’ve done with thousands, she lit up with excitement finally being able to articule exactly what it is ..”to help others heal internally in order to experience the beauty of the world”

But right when she said it, a moment after she did what EVERYONE does. She got into doubt and said “but who am I to do that”?

There’s only two things that stop someone from living in their purpose.

1. Not knowing what it is (most people)
2. Not believing your enough to fulfill it.

This is why I don’t just help people discover it, but also teach them HOW to live in it.

What I can say with my whole being.

I love and am proud of the man I’ve became 🙏🏾

Most people are running away from feeling unloved, not enough, or not accepted, so they wear mask and become whoever they need to be in order to feel these things.

And most times, you start to become someone on the outside that makes you slowly lose yourself on the inside.

This day is all about seeing that mask. Naming in, labeling in, uncovering it. The moment you SEE it written across the villa, it comes real and undeniable.

It’s one of the most confronting days of the retreat, and of one’s life. They see themselves in ways they always knew but never understood at the depths.

Like my client days. We did more in these hours than the last years with her psychologist.
