Always learning!
At She PT our therapists regularly work together to learn and practice skills, discuss cases, and dive into deeper topics. We consider our education an ongoing process so we can bring the highest level of care to our patients.
This month we took a deep dive into refining our visceral mobilization skills. This set of hands on techniques can be game-changing for our patients with urinary urgency, vulvar pain, constipation, post-surgical healing difficulties, and so many more pelvic floor issues.

Pregnancy is a full-body transformation. Low back pain is often one of the first signs that your system needs more support.
By addressing how your pelvis, core, pelvic floor, and breath work together, pelvic floor PT helps your body move more efficiently and comfortably during pregnancy. This kind of care doesn’t just help with pain — it builds confidence in your body as it prepares for birth and recovery.
Your back pain is information. We help you understand what it’s telling you. 🩵

Pain with intimacy during menopause is common — but that doesn’t mean it’s something you have to live with. Changes in tissue health, muscle tension, and the nervous system all play a role, and they’re treatable with the right support. You deserve comfort, confidence, and care at every stage of life.

Pelvic organ prolapse comes with a lot of fear — and a lot of misinformation.
Many people are told surgery is inevitable, lifting is off-limits forever, or that nothing can be done once symptoms start. That simply isn’t true.
Pelvic floor therapy can help improve support, reduce symptoms, and build confidence with movement — often without surgery. And no, it’s not “too late” to work on healing.
Education is powerful. You deserve options. 🩵

Pregnancy comes with so much planning... but your postpartum experience deserves just as much care.🩵
Join us on January 24 for a supportive, holistic workshop led by Dr. Jill (pelvic floor PT) and Bianca Brown (postpartum doula). Together, we’ll walk through what your body truly needs after birth-physically, emotionally, and practically-so you can feel prepared, confident, and cared for.
Whether you’re pregnant with your first or your fourth, this space is for you.
