A look back at an island taking shape in the shop.

Part of a kitchen and bar remodel, this island is built entirely in Swiss pearwood veneer, with soft, even grain carried across every face. Its angled footprint called for careful planning at each joint, with panels and drawer fronts wrapping the corners in one continuous flow.

Inside, dovetailed drawer boxes and vertical tray storage keep function as considered as the form.

Every angle accounted for before it ever leaves the shop.

Starting the week with a game room built for good company.

Dark stained alder cabinetry sets a rich, grounded tone throughout the space. The AV unit frames the screen with tall storage cabinets on either side and a run of drawers and doors below, keeping everything organized and out of sight.

Across the room, a custom pool cue rack gives every piece its place, from cues and racks to a full set of balls, with a built-in score tracker finished in copper toned detail.

A space designed for the moments that make the rest of the week worth it.

Two master bedrooms, each with its own distinct personality.

The first is anchored by a teak window bench with deep storage drawers below, framing sweeping desert views and creating a warm, inviting place to sit. White painted doors with decorative cutouts bring a crisp, crafted detail to the space.

The second takes a moodier direction with dark stained wardrobe cabinetry, offering generous storage behind tall, clean-lined doors and a rich finish that carries through to the interior shelving.

A master bath where the details do the quiet work.

Teak veneered cabinetry runs the length of the vanity, bringing warmth and rich grain to a clean, light-filled space. Beneath the sinks, U-shaped drawers wrap around the plumbing to make the most of every inch of storage.

Motion-sensored LED toe kick lighting glows as you step in, giving the vanity a soft, floating presence day or night.

An outdoor kitchen where the stone walls and stainless steel do all the talking.

We sourced custom-made stainless steel doors and drawer fronts for the cabinetry, giving it the durability an outdoor space demands without sacrificing a clean, tailored look. Set against natural stone walls and topped with granite, it makes for a striking, functional space built to handle whatever cooking outdoors throws at it.

The large bookcase slides side to side with no visible track, rolling on fixed casters hidden underneath, and shifts over to reveal access to the laundry room. The grey panels are vinyl-wrapped and installed in sequence, separated by metal reglets that create consistent shadow lines and align with the reveal system used throughout the house.

Panel layout and tolerance control are handled in the field to accommodate structure, maintain uniform spacing, and keep the wall reading as one continuous surface once finished.

This master bath cabinet was built as a full-height Quartered Walnut volume, forming a continuous wood surround at the double sink vanity and extending into a full-height linen storage cabinet.⁠

The assembly is wrapped tight to adjacent stone and tile with controlled reveals and consistent datum lines carried floor to ceiling. Panel breaks, drawer lines, and shadow gaps were set to maintain alignment across changing materials while allowing for movement and installation tolerances.⁠

Behind the scenes, it’s a lot of measuring, dry-fitting, and adjustment to make multiple functions read as one clean, continuous piece once installed.⁠
