Walnuts are semi-parishable.
Meaning they should be kept frozen or cooled.
Something almost all grocers do not do. Instead they are usually in air tight bags (not fresh) or stored at room temp for you to weigh yourself (unsafe).
Our walnuts are kept frozen and cooled until our sprouting process begins. Ensuring you get the freshest walnut experience.
After our sprouting process, our walnuts become room temp stable since they are dried.
We typically turn through inventory every two weeks and make weekly. So you are always getting a super fresh tasting walnut and walnut butter when you eat Good Form.
