This month, we are proud to recognize Courtney W. for her dedication to patient care, workforce development, and community outreach.

Through her work in ophthalmology, she helps improve the diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease. As a Community Outreach Coordinator and an instructor with ACET, she also helps strengthen the future ophthalmic workforce by educating and inspiring the next generation of eye care professionals.
