Spinning vinyl is always a good idea

Ancient and beautiful, just the way they are. At one time these pyramids shimmered like diamonds! The pyramids were originally covered in polished white limestone casing stones that reflected the sun like diamonds.

And while the Giza Pyramids are the most famous, researchers have identified well over 100 pyramids across Egypt.

Fall colours are starting to pop up and we are just a couple of months away from a light dusting to the north. Don’t let those 99 degree days fool you, we do have seasons in Arizona. They are just short and way too long.

Keep pushing upwards. You grow when you stop negotiating with the limits you or others place on you.

There’s something so special walking around the past.

Taos Pueblo is a UNESCO World Heritage site featuring multi-story adobe buildings that have been continuously inhabited by Native Americans for over a thousand years.

Those sweet Fall colours are getting the show ready for you.

While there are some areas in Arizona to leaf peep, it’s much later in the season and smaller in comparison to other regions.

Beautiful red rocks of Sedona. This Arizona city, just over 2 hours northwest of Phoenix, offers great shopping, scenery and outdoor activities. So many great hikes I have yet to take (a girl can dream?).

Sedona loves (and enforces) this desert colour palette. The city has a strict design rule on all commercial buildings and signs and storefronts must use soft earth tones like brown, dark red, or muted green to blend into the desert. Next time you are in town, check out those "golden arches". They are green!
