10/02/2026
Phoenix, we’re hiring a Store Manager 🌸
Novapetal Flower Lab is an award-winning floral design studio in Arcadia, named one of America’s Favorite Mom & Pop Shops by Yelp and Entrepreneur, with a second studio in New York City.
We’re looking for a leader to run our Phoenix studio:
• you’ve led a team before
• you love working with clients
• you find solutions, not excuses
• you’re confident on the phone and comfortable pitching
• event experience is a big plus
We’re growing, and we want people who grow with us.
Full-time · $23–27/hr + event sales bonus
Details and how to apply: [link]
Five years ago Novapetal started in Phoenix. Five years later, this is what the flowers have taught us.
The one that took us longest to accept: speed is part of the design. The same arrangement means something different when it arrives today instead of tomorrow.
There is a second studio in New York now, one year old. The lessons are the same in both.
Same-day delivery across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe and the rest of the Valley when you order by 3 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Which one would you add to the list?
