ReifaCon

Where real estate borrowers and entrepreneurs come to learn about the new social business of real estate investing. Investors with capital come to meet with borrowers and entrepreneurs to meet and learn about their properties and projects with the potential of doing business together. In an atmosphere of collaboration without sales pitches and middlemen, investors and entrepreneurs are free to share their knowledge and transact business.

#REIFACON is a first of its kind event. In todays’ world, there is a shortage of good quality investments with secure and attractive returns. The key is to be accessible and credible. Providing a totally new venue for the investors who want to give capital to real estate entrepreneurs and those who wish to provide them funds. Never before could the capital investors and the real estate entrepreneurs meet face-to-face and share their projects with potential investors and lenders face-to-face. Then, complete transactions. Thanks to technology and the JOBS act we can now do this. In the form of CROWDFUNDING, SYNDICATIONS, PRIVATE LENDING, IRAs, there is an invasion of new sources of capital wanting to fund, and participate as backers, lenders and partners with real estate investors, big and small. It’s a new world of real estate investing with new players and new rules. If you buy, sell, lend money on, or invest in real estate in any way, shape or form, this event is for you.
