How it all started...
At the heart of Bar Physical Therapy is out commitment to providing evidence-based health information and services that empower individuals to make informed decisions.
Modalities can be helpful tools when used at the right time.
That's why we keep a few options available in the clinic. When appropriate, they can help reduce symptoms, improve comfort, and create opportunities to make better progress with the things that matter most: movement, strength, and function.
If your lower back screams at you every time you try to do RDLs or pick up something heavy off the floor, you might need to improve your hip hinge.
give this queue a try the next time you bend over to pick something up and let us know in the comments if it helped!
Overrated/underrated. Physical therapy edition đź’Ą
If your hip isn't creating enough stability and control, your knee often pays the price.
We love the kickstand RDL because it helps improve hip strength, balance and control so your body can absorb force more efficiently while running.
If you need help getting back to running, work, or the activities you love without pain, DM us or visit our website to book an appointment with our team in Ahwatukee. We accept select insurance plans, workers' comp, and HSA/FSA.
Here's a look at our designated treatment area.
