We’re proud to recognize Kim as she steps into her new role as Director of Risk Management at Quail Run Behavioral Health!

Kim joined Quail Run in March 2024 as a Quality Analyst and Risk Specialist, bringing more than 21 years of experience in leadership, quality improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance. Her dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence have made a meaningful impact across our organization.

In addition to her leadership in risk management, Kim serves as a Verbal De-escalation Coach, Handle With Care Instructor, and member of our Service Excellence Committee.

Quail Run Behavioral Health recently wrapped up leadership meetings with Phoenix Fire Station 36, Regional Fire leadership, and Quail Run leadership, connecting across all shifts to strengthen collaboration and better support the individuals we all serve in our community.

But the conversation doesn’t stop here. We’re grateful for this partnership and committed to continuing to learn from one another, strengthen our connection, and do whatever it takes to support our community together.

On Friday, the Quail Run Behavioral Health team had the privilege of participating in the Arizona Army National Guard’s Su***de Prevention Month Dodgeball Tournament.

It was such a fun and meaningful day filled with community connection, valuable resources, teamwork, and plenty of friendly competition. We’re grateful for the opportunity to come together in support of su***de prevention, mental health awareness, and a community where no one has to face difficult moments alone.
