June 13, 2005.

Twenty-one years ago today, we opened the doors of Cibo for our very first dinner service.

The second photo takes us back to the early days and reminds us just how much time has passed. Over the years, we’ve shared countless memories, overcome challenges, celebrated milestones, and watched Cibo grow into something we could have only dreamed of back then. Time moves forward, and while one important piece of our story is no longer with us, his spirit remains woven into the fabric of this place and will always be part of Cibo.

What began as a small neighborhood pizzeria has become a place where memories are made, celebrations are shared, and traditions continue. We feel incredibly fortunate to have been part of this community for more than two decades.

To our guests, employees, friends, families, and everyone who has supported us along the way—thank you. Your loyalty, encouragement, and support have allowed us to continue doing what we love every single day.

We are grateful for every meal shared, every celebration hosted, every familiar face, and every new one that walks through our doors.

Thank you for an amazing 21 years. Here’s to many more.
