Golden Spring Feng Shui

On September 19, 2026, Master Steven provided fengshui consultation to a wellness store in Glendale, Arizona. The front door sat in the Eight Sha sector, and the current owner (born in the Year of the Sheep) suffered poor health due to the Flying Sickness star and a misplaced water heater. Lobby wealth items were also positioned incorrectly. After repositioning them to auspicious spots, a customer walked in within two minutes! Master advised extra caution in 2027 and a potential relocation before spring 2031.

On September 12, 2026, Master Steven provided a fengshui consultation for a Period 7 residential home in Phoenix. The layout suffered from key internal flaws: the stove sits in the Eight Devil position, the North and Northeast area lacked corners, and the bathroom in the South is located in bad position. For the homeowners, the Five Yellow star brought severe hardships since 2024. Master recommended how to address this issue. We look forward to the client turning misfortune into auspiciousness after these adjustments!

On August 24, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a 3-story townhouse located in Chandler, Arizona, Here is the analysis result: the front door on the 1st floor located in a 5-yellow sickness spot. On the 2nd floor, the Guan Gong statue is in a very bad spot, which represents poverty, loneliness, and extinction. No wonder the homeowner has been facing severe setbacks, undergoing divorce proceedings with his wife, and running his restaurant at a loss. Master selected an auspicious hour that very evening to relocate Guan Gong to the harmonious You (酉) spot, which brings a powerful energetic blessing for the client (born in the Year of the Snake). We expect the homeowner to swiftly overcome these hardships, return to life's normal track, and welcome a brand-new turning point!

On August 17, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a recently built (2021) Period 8 townhouse located in Phoenix, Arizona. Here is the analysis result: the home's direction naturally brings good fortune to the homeowner (born in the Year of the Rat) and her daughter (born in the Year of the Sheep). However, the kitchen stove was positioned in the Wu Huang (Five Yellow) sector, risking financial or health strain, though major changes couldn't be made since it's a rental. Fortunately, the master bedroom is blessed by the auspicious #9 Star. Master advised them on practical remedies and gifted the client an English introduction to Feng Shui book, wishing them a smooth and auspicious move!

On August 14, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a Feng Shui consultation for a Japanese Cuisine restaurant located in Mesa, Arizona. Externally, the energy flows feel right. However, the internal layout has severe issues: the main entrance is located in a harmful "Eight Devil" spot, the register is also located in this corner, Mr. XX is a Snake in Chinese zodiac, which directly clashes with this entrance direction, the main bar counter sits directly in the center area, completely blocking the crucial Yin-Yang balance point. Even the two Japanese Fortune Gods are placed in the wrong spot. Master Steven concluded that the restaurant is losing money, which the owner confirmed, Master Steven has taught the owner exactly how to remedy these layout issues to redirect the energy, the restaurant is expected to ward off bad luck and successfully turn its losses into profits.

On July 19, 2026, Master Steven was invited to consult on a house in North Phoenix. Here is the analysis result: the backyard suffered from a double reverse-curve road SHA, affecting wealth and stability; also a new stove had mistakenly been set up in a bad location, causing a sudden $9,000 truck repair bill around April this year. Furthermore, the missing Chou (Ox) sector left Mrs. xx’s young daughter and herself lacking a sense of belonging during a volatile Tai Sui year. Master advised on practical remedies, warned her to move out this rental house before the severe trouble Star hits the North entrance in 2027, and encouraged the single mother and her children to stand united to weather the storm together.

A couple who wanted to buy a house called me the other day to ask if a house located at a T-junction would have bad Feng Shui. The answer is yes.

In Feng Shui, a T-junction is considered a very strong "external evil." When a house is in this location, the resulting road clash can easily bring sudden changes (such as legal troubles, accidental injuries), and gossip. The effects are usually multifaceted and direct, and it can also affect wealth. Actually, both houses they chose also had another major problem: a missing corner in their house. I didn't recommend they buy them.

On Jun 6, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house located in Chandler, Arizona. Here is the analysis result: the kitchen stove was positioned in the Wu Huang (Five Yellow) sector. This placement could cause relationship issue and financial strain, who is now on Mr. xx’s third marriage. When asked why his parents maintained a stable marriage in the same house for 30 years, Master explained that we also need to consider individual’s Bazi and Zodiac signs—in this case, the house is particularly unfavorable for those born in the Year of the Monkey. Other advice: the couple must avoid using the Northern stove position in 2027 and keep the garage closed in 2030; AC can be moved to northwest corner.

On May 23, 2026, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation on a house located in Phoenix, Arizona. Ms. XX is seeking guidance to recover good harmony, success, and find a new partner after losing her husband. Master’s assessment result: the front entrance pond and an air conditioner unit were out of alignment, the bathroom was closed to the home's center; a goldfish tank was misplaced in the 3-Green Star position, risking financial loss and conflict, while the stove and Guanyin altar were dangerously located in the 5-Yellow Star position, fortunately, the master bedroom is in a super good luck spot. Based on these energetic imbalances, Master diagnosed underlying health issues related to blood, respiration, and kidneys, which the client verified as high blood pressure, asthma, and diabetes-induced kidney complications. At the end, Master deduced that her husband had passed away between 2019 and 2022, and she confirmed the exact year was 2020. Astonished by the precision of traditional Chinese Feng Shui, Ms. XX eagerly implementing Master’s recommended remedies to reclaim her confidence, restore harmony, and welcome a transformative new chapter in her life.

3 years ago, Master Steven was invited to give a fengshui consultation for a corporate headquarters office located in a beautiful commercial campus in Tempe, Arizona. Master recommended a bold move: shifting the entrance to the West, also, with the internal feng shui adjustment, the company has been growing. Currently, they are looking for a bigger office to move into. On April 13, 2026, Master was invited to audit a new 7,000+ sqft. expansion office. However, the external layout is not ideal: white tiger is so strong and the green dragon is so weak, in addition, the frontage area is also oppressed. Master proposed two remedies: moving the entrance north to capture the energy of Tempe Town Lake, or shifting it west. Both were rejected due to office logistics and the unexpected renovation cost, so they will need to find a different location.
