Generation GF, a program of GIG, is a support group for parents, families, and friends of kids on a gluten-free diet because of celiac disease, gluten intolerance, autism, ADD/ADHD, allergies, or personal preference. Generation GF wants you to know that you are not alone in the gluten free lifestyle. We are a group of parents who want the very best for our children and families. We are here to support & encourage one another, learn from one another, grow together, educate ourselves & communities, and thrive.... and (of course) have FUN along the way. We are here to help, learn, and grow together on our gluten free journeys!

BIG NEWS: U.S. Food and Drug Administration is taking action on food labeling that seeks to improve transparency in disclosures of ingredients that impact certain health conditions, such as gluten for those with celiac disease, and other established food allergens.
