Another 5 star Amazon review for Ark Angels - Exodus..

In Ark Angels– Exodus, G. John Hadden uses theological sci-fi to examine humanity's response to all of creation, human, non human and angelic. He guides the reader into new realms and alternate possibilities, weaving together the wonders of creation with
the complexities of spiritual meaning and human experience.

Hadden’s writing style is approachable and engaging, making Ark Angels – Exodus an easy read with a fast-paced narrative that moves confidently from scene to scene. The story pulls the reader in early and maintains momentum throughout, particularly through
its vivid settings. From the volcanic landscapes of Hawaii to the enclosed intensity of life aboard a submarine, the attention to detail creates what feels like a visual buffet—allowing readers to clearly envision a world where love is supreme and fear is
not innate, but learned, and therefore capable of being unlearned.

That said, some character nuances feel slimmer and slightly vague compared to others that are meticulously explored. At times, this imbalance may prompt moments of “what happened to that character?” or “who is this character again?” However, the richness of the world-building and the emotional clarity of the central themes ultimately compensate for these gaps. The reader is carried forward by the larger message and the immersive environments Hadden so skillfully constructs.

One of the novel’s most compelling aspects is its exploration of both the connection and disconnection between scientific knowledge and theological understanding. Rather than
positioning them as irreconcilable opposites, Ark Angels – Exodus weaves them together in a way that feels thoughtful and intentional. The book challenges readers to consider whether faith and reason can coexist without hierarchy or domination—an idea
that may at times rub against deeply ingrained desires for order, status, or rigid belief systems, whether religious or secular.

Through themes of love, fearlessness, equality, and mercy, G. John Hadden creates a sense of connected wholeness that renders divisions based on hierarchy or belief ultimately futile and without purpose. In a world often driven by fear and separation, this
message feels both bold and timely.

As the first installment in the Ark Angels series, Exodus is a strong and promising beginning. While there is room for deeper character development in future novels, the foundation Hadden has laid is compelling, emotionally resonant, and thought-provoking.
I look forward to seeing how the story—and the author’s voice—continues to evolve in the next installment.

Real Hope in a Faith-Based, Sci-Fi Page-Turner!

I found this faith-based, sci-fi novel by G. John Hadden to be easy to read and easy to get into the plot and characters. Ark Angels - Exodus is well written, mysterious and exciting through to the last page on a journey that eventually takes the reader world wide!

But it doesn't end there! There will eventually be a follow-up in the series for which I am anxiously awaiting! I definitely feel that this novel should be made into a movie.

The author's style is not complicated which makes it easy to move onto the next mysterious happening. The best part of this book is that it will bring a renewed hope to you heart!

We make them, running from the light.
But light waits.”

Why I wrote Ark Angels - Exodus

The submarine was failing.
The mission was over.
He thought he was alone.

He was wrong.

First contact didn’t begin with war.
It began in light.
