Recently, Luis, our Foreman & Best Practices Training Manager, visited a few of our crews during their monthly safety lunch to share important reminders about working safely in the Arizona heat. The team reviewed how to recognize the signs of heat exhaustion and dehydration and the importance of looking out for one another on the job.
