Sired by High Brow Cat and out of Shes Pretty Smooth, his pedigree traces back to legendary names including High Brow Hickory, Smart Little Lena, Doc Bar, Peppy San Badger, and Wheeling Peppy.

The result was a horse that became known for his intelligence, athleticism, cow sense, and willingness to work, traits that continue to be seen in his offspring today.

While Smooth As A Cat's accomplishments in the show pen are well documented, his greatest legacy may be the generations of horses carrying his influence forward.
