Sterling Ranch is the main base and breeding center for Sterling Quarter Horses. It is located in the heart of Quarter Horse Country USA, in Aubrey, Texas.
Sterling Ranch is set in 120 acres of North Texas prairie in the heart of Horse Country USA between Aubrey and Pilot Point. The ranch features a state of the art mare and foal barn where foaling out can be electronically monitored from the staff living quarters inside the building. The ancillary action concluded today at the NRHA European Affiliate Championship 2026/2027 - NL with the Maas Residence Open.
NRHA Million Dollar Ride Ann Fonck of Belgium and Brillante Spook (NRHA $9 Million Sire Smart Spook x NRHA $1 Million Dam Ebony Shines), bred and owned by Rosanne Sternberg, scored 222.5 to top the class.
The Champion buckles for the ancillary classes are sponsored by Donut Bits & Spurs and Dutch Reining Horse Association.

Sterling Ranch wishes to congratulate Nancy and John Tague, toyonranch to their purchase of what is undoubtedly one of the most special fillies bred and born at Sterling Ranch - a palomino filly by our 9 Million $ Sire and out of NRHA Hall of Fame Inductee Smart Spook and 1.5 Million Dollar Dam and NRHA Hall of Fame Inductee Ebony Shines.
While this one was one that was truly hard to let go, we are excited for the plans Toyon Ranch has with this filly.
