It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the closure of Spoon. Over the last 10 years we have been proud to be a part of the ever-growing Pittsburgh dining scene. We have poured our hearts and souls into serving our customers and creating memories that, hopefully, last a lifetime.

We have been extremely fortunate to work alongside some of the best people in the industry. Thank you to our employees for believing in our vision, working tirelessly and passionately, showing up everyday to make it possible.

Thank you to our customers, whom we have humbly served. Whether it was a birthday, anniversary, engagement, or just friends and family breaking bread, your support is what made it all worthwhile.

Due to the many unprecedented challenges our industry continues to experience and the expiration of our lease, we have decided it is best to close this chapter and look towards the future. During this uncertain time, we will spend time with our loved ones, taking a step back to better prepare us for our next adventure!

We hope and pray for a better tomorrow, and we look forward to serving you all again soon….

Dear Spoon family and friends, we are entering a unprecedented time. We know many of your are worried about the current pandemic and the spread of the virus in our community. Please know that our entire staff at Spoon is taking the situation very seriously. We have always strived to create a complete dining experience, which includes your health, safety and comfort. With that being said, we are taking extra precautions above and beyond the already high standards set by the Allegheny Health Department and have been following best practices by the National Restaurant Association and ServeSafe. We hope that you will still join us for dinner this weekend. Should you decide to stay home, we will be offering take out of our full Spoon menu for the foreseeable future.

To our BRGR lovin' supporters: we are looking for a new home in the South Hills of Pittsburgh (parking, not ownership) for old faithful. She is well behaved, plays nicely with others and is pretty quiet when at rest. Looking a for a parking spot that has the potential of plugging into a 220 outlet. Open to short term solutions as well. PM us if you have any suggestions for us!
