We are SO excited about this one. 💙
Getting to know the team at Peerstar of PA - Peer Support Services over the past few months has been such an energizing experience. Their passion for recovery, connection, outreach, and making sure people can access the support and resources they need is incredibly inspiring.
It has been amazing to see how naturally our missions align, and even better to finally connect in person at the Pittsburgh Recovery Walk!
We can’t share all the details just yet, but we can say this: some really exciting things are coming from this collaboration, and we cannot wait to show you what we have been working on together.
So grateful for Peerstar, their incredible team, and the opportunity to build something meaningful together.

There are some afternoons that stay with you long after they end. 🐴💛

Our Fresh Start: Healing with Horses gathering was one of them.

There was something incredibly grounding about slowing down, stepping into the field, and spending time in the presence of these beautiful animals. Horses have a way of asking us to be fully present. No rushing. No pretending. Just breath, connection, trust, and the quiet reminder that sometimes healing doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.

A huge thank you to Kim Cardiel Earley for creating such a thoughtful and meaningful Fresh Start experience, and to Divine Interactions Equine Facilitated Wellness, LLC for welcoming us so warmly and allowing us to experience the majesty, gentleness, and personality of their incredible horses.

And to every single person who joined us, thank you. Thank you for showing up, for being open to something a little different, for sharing the afternoon with us, and for continuing to remind us why spaces like this matter.

At Teetotal Initiative, we believe that life is about so much more than what we leave behind. It’s about what we get to discover, the people we get to meet, the experiences we get to have, and the life we get to keep building.

Today was a pretty beautiful example of that. 💚
