🍩 Baked Pumpkin Donuts today! So good, they disappear faster than you can say "pumpkin spice season!" 🎃✨

What you’ll need:
- Butter for greasing
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 + ½ cups sugar
- 1 + ½ cups canned pumpkin
- 1 + ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 + ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 + ¾ cups + 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- For Coating: ½ cup sugar, 2 tbsp ground cinnamon, 3 tbsp melted butter

How to make it:
1. Preheat that oven to 350°F and get those donut pans all buttery!
2. Mix oil, eggs, sugar, pumpkin, spices, salt, and baking powder like a pro until smooth, then gently fold in the flour.
3. Fill each donut pan with scant ¼ cups of goodness and bake for 15-18 minutes!
4. Cool, coat in butter, then dive into that cinnamon-sugar bliss!
