Before we go any further, keep in mind that the weather was in the 90s the day this occurred. It was not a cool cloudy day, it was an extremely hot and extremely sunny day.
So the behavior of the manchild was cruel and nasty. There's no other way to aggregate his actions other than that he was a nasty mean spirited man and the reason why both my service dog and I will always choose the bear

So it has been quite a long time since I've had to post one of these. But here we go, the most mentally defective people I have run into this month... Also the most dishonest and morally reprehensible people I have had to put up with this month....

But these third rate telephone pole for a family tree types denied a service dog a drink of cold filtered water and then lied about why.
What they didn't know, when the embarrassing excuse for a son decided to act like the kind of person that should not be allowed to speak to others, was that the water dish I was using was vintage milk glass I had just bought from a boutique and was wrapped in paper. The LIE they came up with a day later about dog hair being blown out of it, the sun needs some medication and glasses because obviously he is delusional or just a liar. Either way giving a hard-working service dog that has more education than any single person in this establishment a drink of cool water is the measure of whether or not these are good people. Instead they refused it to him and then lied about the reasoning. I think the worst part about this entire situation is the lying.

But hey, it's much easier to blame the disabled woman with a service dog man to take responsibility for the embarrassment of a son you raised Mr palumbo.
It's kind of funny too, I don't think there is a palumbo family in creation who can raise the son who is a proper and respectable human being... Instead of some spoiled ill-mannered rat that could have used to be put over somebody's knee a couple times in the past

Anyway, they're listed on Google so I know I'm leaving a detailed negative review.

Chappie has better training, more manners in a higher intelligence than any person that works at this place. Furthermore he works harder than any of you or even capable of and the denial of water and then lying about the reason makes you guys quite literally the worst humanity has to offer.
Your son's a liar and maybe you should have raised him not to be a liar, but hey, that just shows what kind of family you guys really are.
