Our professional staff is comprised of Registered Professional Engineers, Registered Land Surveyors, Project Managers, Certified Engineering Technicians and NICET Certified Inspectors, CAD, and GIS personnel. Their extensive experience includes the design and management of projects requiring site evaluation, selection and development; storm water control, water/wastewater treatment, sanitary sewers, water distribution systems, utilities, buildings, highways, bridges, and environmental and hazardous materials management. Since establishment our offices have been located in the lower Allegheny Valley region, most recently in the University of Pittsburgh Applied Research Center (U-PARC) complex located in Harmarville, PA. More recently, to provide our services to clients at a local level, we have opened satellite offices in Kittanning, The City of McKeesport, Uniontown and Washington, PA.
